About Me

    Chenxiao "Stella" Feng is an illustrator and visual development artist currently lives in Pasadena, CA. She is currently paying ArtCenter College of Design in exchange of a Bachelor's degree in illustration, Entertainment Arts.
   Stella is a visual narrator, and she tells stories with her illustrations. Most of her works are digital, but she constantly gains inspiration from traditional mediums such as oil and gouache.
   Stella leans towards intense emotions that she expresses through color and composition. She wishes her audience to be able to relate to what she observes and connect. Stella firmly believes art functions as a bridge between artist and something deep down into a viewer’s heart. Allowing the work to speak in a way that plain words are not sufficient to express is something only an artist able to do.
    Beside working on her art, Stella spends a great deal of time baking and cooking to feed her and her friends up. She also enjoys animation, film and video game and loves recreating food she saw in those works. You can also see her selling fan books and marches in ComicCon and playing tabletop RPGs with her friend.
